Incorrect Address Policy
We are not responsible for any errors made in your billing or shipping addresses. Please double check all information prior to placing your order. All shipping labels will be created for the address you provided. In the event an order is placed, and the shipping address is incorrect or invalid and sent back to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with having the order re-shipped.
Incorrect/Missing Item Policy
All our orders are triple checked during our processing phase, but mistakes can happen. If you are missing an item or received an incorrect item, please reach out to us at contact.bloom.essentials@gmail.com with proof of order within 3 days of receiving your order. Adjustments or corrections cannot be made after 3 days of delivery.
Lost or Delayed Package Policy
We do everything in our power to ensure fast, accurate deliveries, but errors can occur. Once packages are shipped, we have no control over the route USPS or UPS uses to deliver your package. If your package has not arrived within 3 days of expected delivery date, please reach out to us at contact.bloom.essentials@gmail.com for assistance in locating your package. If necessary, we will file a claim for your missing package.
Damaged Product in Transit Policy
We do our best to guarantee products are packaged securely. In the event something arrives damaged, please take detailed pictures of the products as well as the packaging and email them to us at contact.bloom.essentials@gmail.com within 3 days. Please include your order number in the email so we can look up your order and move forward with resolving the issue. Once the 3-day period has passed corrections cannot be made.
